Persons interested in being considered for nomination must be nominated by a User of the clinic. A user of the clinic is any person or Guardian of a person (s) who has received services through La Casa during the 2019 year.

Las personas interesadas en ser consideradas para la nominación deben ser nominadas por un usuario de la clínica. Un usuario de la clínica es cualquier persona o tutor de una persona que ha recibido servicios a través de La Casa durante el año 2019.
