La Casa Family Health Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization providing primary and preventive medical, dental, and pharmaceutical services throughout the Southeast region of New Mexico.

Our story began in 1970, when a group of visionary women dedicated themselves to addressing the lack of accessible prenatal care in Portales, NM. From our humble beginnings operating out of a small two-bedroom home, La Casa Family Health Center has grown into a trusted community pillar, providing expert healthcare for over 50 years.

Today, our centers are staffed with seasoned medical providers who share a deep bond with the community. These local ties ground us and motivate our clinics to continue delivering the high-quality care our patients deserve. While we continue to grow and expand our locations throughout New Mexico, we remain humbled by the opportunity to serve so many families in our region.
