La Casa Family Health Center is currently accepting applications for a full-time Referral Coordinator for the Clovis clinic. The Referral Coordinator manages all outgoing and incoming referrals to support patient access to specialty care and diagnostic services, verifies insurance requirements, obtains prior authorizations, schedules appointments with external specialists, and ensures timely follow-up. This role supports both patients and clinical staff to improve access and continuity of care. Interested individual must be detail-oriented and have excellent time management skills. Previous referral experience helpful; bi-lingual required.
